Thanks for the comments yet we did have a sea view and it's was 30 TP 35 degrees but light breeze so really pleasant and right on the beach.Fence fixed and lawn being done today plus soil is also being delivered this after noon. I might post some pictures of my little veg patch in my side garden later on. This was the unit pre upcycle we added a trim to the draw and front as we didnt like the original so swapped the door sound. It cost £10 at the tip, the paint was £5 In Aldi and the wall paper a free sample from the Range. The handles we bought and I. Had the varnish and vax I coated it in to avoid scratches.
Took out the Wealtify offer Martin had in the email deposit £50 to get £50 bonus in a year. Dg did the same see how we get on no risk really.Payday tomorrow need to sort my finances out a bit as I want to pay for the whole year for the golf club so need to put savings aside for that plus save £500 in ready cash and I've upped by so to Premium bonds to £500 as I'm no longer going to bother with regular savers with my bank account they pay so little right now. As the rates are going up that might change but seems better for me to stick with the other.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Finally got around to updating the save £12k in 2022 I'm finding it easier just to wack £500 in savings and standing order for £500 in premium bonds. I've not renewed my regular savers (Santa and First Direct) as they paid so little I think £6. I did used to save for annual golf membership so will use this years money for that.Paid out for the cleaning of the back yard tiles DG really does not have the money and it can be part of getting the garden and drive done money which I have set aside.DG had a good first day in her new job 5 hours travel was a lot but there are ways to improve it. They might pay for a hotel so she can stay two nights but we shall see. I could even come with her and work from there that would be quite nice.Still doing well on gym but less so with sweets so work in progress.Colder here now so a bit worried about my new seedlings. I might cover them up. Got my Phlox yesterday they are perennials so will be in the boarder and come back each year which is lovely. The £3 MSE offer ones are annuals and will also go in the boarders. Would be nice if the weather is nice next weekend I can really crack on. This is the current state of the veg patch. And I just love that Spring flower pot.Save £12k in 25 No 49
