Tesla has been testing Full Self-Driving (FSD) Beta in Europe with employees for over one year
The launch of FSD Beta in Europe was confirmed by third-party software tracker Teslascope, who was able to obtain information and images from an employee showing FSD Beta operating on a right-hand drive (RHD) vehicle in the United Kingdom (UK) for the first time.
I'm not entirely sure this matches your description.

Couldn't resist posting this little nugget. At least it gave me a smile when coming across it so thought I'd share here.Enjoy or Grimace as befits!
Check out this Tesla Model 3 hearse – you’ll be dying to try it
This new Tesla Model 3 hearse shows that everything is going electric, even for your last trip in a vehicle.
Hearses are actually perfect for electrification.
They mostly drive relatively small distances from funeral homes or churches to graveyards, and they generally have plenty of time to charge between drives.
But they are mostly built aftermarket on top of existing vehicles, and it took some time for builders to go electric.

A great BEV incentive for Uganda. The use of the word 'bold' in the article, seems appropriate.
This country plans to give free electric motorcycles to all current motorcycle riders
We’ve covered plenty of tax incentives and rebates to make electric motorcycles and other EVs more affordable. But this is the first time we’ve seen a country give out EVs for free as a way to replace internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles.
The title of the first country to make such a bold move goes to Uganda, where President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni made the announcement during his year-end national address. The electric motorcycles are domestically-produced Ugandan models that generally retail for around 5 million Ugandan Shillings (approximately US $1,350).The motorcycles are designed for urban operation and, thus, don’t have very long ranges. A single charge is capable of providing around 70 km (43 miles) of range.
For that reason, the motorcycles rely on a network of charging and battery swap stations. Companies, like Zembo, already operate over a dozen charging and swapping stations in the country’s capital of Kampala.
Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

Some funeral homes and hearse makers have seen the opportunity for a while now, and we have seen them use Tesla vehicles and a Leaf to create all-electric hearses. As for the Tesla vehicles that were turned into hearses, it has mostly been the Model S.
For the first time, we now see a Tesla Model 3 hearse.First model 3.

Had to post this news, as Sweden exceeded 50% for BEV's in Dec. But they have removed the subsidies for EV's (in Nov) so this may just be a boost, before things fall back. So take the two charts with a pinch of salt:
Plugin EVs Take Record 75% Share Of Sweden’s Auto Market
Sweden’s auto market saw plugin electric vehicle share continue to grow strongly in December, reaching a record 74.6%, up from 60.7% year on year. Full electrics alone took a record 51.3% share of the market.
Overall auto volume for the month was up 28% year on year, but still 18% down from December 2019. Full year 2022 saw auto volumes fall by 4% compared to 2021, and fall by over 19% compared to 2019. December’s bestselling BEV was the Volvo XC40. The full year bestseller was the Volkswagen ID.4.December’s combined plugin share of 74.6% comprised 51.3% full battery electrics (BEVs), and 23.3% plugin hybrids (PHEVs). Their respective results a year ago were 36.4%, and 24.3%.
Full year 2022 plugin share stood at 56.1%, up from 45.0% in full year 2021. BEVs alone gained 33.0% share of 2022’s sales, up dramatically from 19.1% last year.

Extraordinary month for BEVs in the UK and Tesla.
Nearly 40% with a plug. 13% market share for Tesla with top 2 sellers by miles.
Smmt page also has breakdown of top 10 EV's which is nice extra info.I think....2
