  • 1. the officer didn’t require me to produce evidence of insurance cover, didn’t even ask me to, i said i have them and they said it wasn’t relevant

So did he simply assume that, because your car was not shown as insured on his database it wasn't insured? Are you certain he did not ask you to produce evidence of insurance? Did he decline to ask you for one on the basis that "they can be forged?"

Nah i’m not concerned, you’re the concerned one because you’ve shown repeated signs that you have nothing better to do but invest your time in reading into my background. Weird sad life

Pot and kettle springs mind, but you're concerned enough to reply.

Yeah the 2 main officers (one male and one female) were assuming that because it wasn’t showing on their database, even though it was showing on askmid that i wasn’t insured. I’m 10000000% certain i wasn’t given the opportunity to show my documents. The shop i was outside was witness to it. And yes they declined be on the basis that they can be forged/falsified.

Coincidentally, 10000000% is the retail mark up on the factory gate price of those trainers you buy. :D
A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".

Police lead is for a charging decision only, even a guilty plea in court is a CPS matter.
