I would ask college if you can delay some of your assignments -it sounds a little too much at the moment.
Well done on paying your broker - exciting steps.

I already delayed one because of the thing that happened, I'm not really able to delay the next two as they are not tutor marked, but computer marked.

I have got too much going on, with each passing day it's getting worse.

It was good to get my broker paid, he has been great and patient over the 18 months I've had him.

As you would say to others - you need to see what you can take off your plate. Can you take any holidays or study leave to help with getting the assignments done?

I can't as I'm the only one in from my 'team' and I've been saving my holidays for moving.

It will be ok, I'm just having a poo time at the moment x

Is it the end of the week yet?

Had an email from the solicitors, wants to call me to discuss the missives etc. In theory, he is calling me early one morning next week.

Going to have to give some serious thought to buying the shower stool. Each day I've got in from work and just haven't been able to face clambering into the bath to have a shower. Gosh, it's going to be so much better when I move and only have to worry about opening the door to get in the shower!
-- May have to buy a shower rack thing for toiletries, but will do that after I get the keys; will check the property photos again just in case there is anything fixed in the cubicle too.

Will have to see about cashing in my survey pounds and buying paint soon. I'm buying an ex-rental, so there's plenty of magnolia to cover.
-- Isn't it funny how you can come to despise a colour when it's in a rental.

Been eating loads of soft foods and tiny bite size food to avoid catching my broken tooth.
-- A week til I'm at the dentist.

I've a chilled out evening planned, with an early bedtime.

Hope today's a better day - or failing that - that you get a break over the weekend

    Survived the week.

Managed to get my emails down, but not much else. Took a late lunch but only had 10 mins as it was too painful to stand up, that ended up messing me up for the last of my day. By 3.30 I packed my stuff ready to go and thankfully got out 5 minutes early as I was high risk of throwing up.

Been home a little while, just trying to relax and focus on my new home.

Had a quick Google this morning and the sellers have to provide the searches, I've had a good look online before to check out coal mining, flood risk etc (nothing I need to worry about).

Was supposed to be having a BBQ on the beach tomorrow, but the weather says it's going to rain. I'm not sure what I will be doing if it does, probably just stay in.

Sunday is going to be a proper rest day, as I've no energy left and next week is full on at work.

Getting fed up with not having any energy to do anything on the weekends.

Moved £25 to AFs, just over £765 to go.

Pie and chips for tea, just waiting for them to cook. Tonight I'm watching Crocodile Dundee!

That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Having a day in today, OH isn't feeling very well and I'm not too mobile.

    So, today's plans are:
Watching Secret eaters, whilst scoffing junk food.
Watching Deep Space 9, while eating a roast dinner.
Watching random films and drinking ginger pop.

At some point over the weekend I will read reviews of the local restaurants / take-away of where I'm moving to. It would be nice to go out somewhere once or twice a year, good food, maybe some wine etc (it's a lot cheaper where I'm moving to, I was told which pubs to avoid due to cost when viewing my new place - did have a really good chat with the sellers family)

Double check the local buses of where I'm moving to and where they can get me. That way I can look at things to do and places to go. Hopefully, I've a direct bus to the ice cream shop I went to the other week.

Find the waiting times for allotments and work out when I can get my name down, eg can I do it on exchange or do I have to wait til I've moved. Ideally, I will wait for the one that's in walking distance of my new flat.

I've already found the local swimming pool, checked out membership prices and factored that into my monthly spends and new lifestyle.

The flat I moved to, when I relocated, had a lot of things on the doorstep. Even if I wasn't up for doing much I could make it to one of the independent cafés; here I'm stuck and have to drive, when I move I've cafés etc in slow walking distance.

I could seriously do with colouring my hair, but will see how I am tomorrow. Must get it cut at some point.

Next week it's telephone call with my solicitor and dentist appointment. My tooth is calming but my upper jaw is still niggling, I'm putting it down to how my body reacts to pain.

Just think, in about 6 weeks this diary is going to be full of adventures and exploration, together with starting my savings over, can't wait!
