you need to read the timeline post by bargepole so you know what happens next
guess where its linked ? YES , in the newbies faq sticky thread post #2 , which we keep pointing you at
another hint - its in the posts by KeithP , like post #50 -
Good morning all... received a letter from courts saying they have got my defence and passed to the claimant. If they want to proceed they will let me know . Thanks and happy holidays everyone.0

They will be proceeding, so make sure you read bargepole's COURT PROCEDURES thread linked under the red heading in the NEWBIES thread.
Happy Christmas but stick around - you will need to be well prepared.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Should be no problem
Might take a while before the DQ arrives , especially due to it being the holidays , probably be after new year0 -
Happy New year-Everyone.
Just to update ..recieved a letter from Gladstones dated 19th saying the following:
We act for the claimant and have notified the court of the Claimants intention to proceed with the Claim.
Please find enclosed a copy of the Claimant's DQ, which has also been filed with the court.
You will note the Claimant has elected to mediate in an attempt to settle this matter amicably, without the need for further court intervention. Should you agree to mediation, please inform the court who will contact both parties to arrange a mediation appointment.
Is this letter is generic, should I consider anything, as the freebies post i will wait till the court send me the DQ.0 -
