Seen your latest one in use KeithP and it looks OK. I think reactive posters "forget" they have previously been given advice/info and don't look back over their own thread.I'll work on it, but if it becomes too long it won't be read anyway..0 -

The term used is 'durable medium' and I think a USB flash drive is one of those. Just do a Google search to see if the courts expand on what they accept as a 'durable medium'.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If it is your Defence that you are submitting ,then no evidence is presented at this stage (no Exhibits) , so I suggest you read the threads by Bargepole again
At the WS plus Exhibits plus costs schedule stage , you use a suitable medium of storage , so we would presume a usb stick or a dvd, or both
The main thing is you need to be able to play them , in court , on the day , if required
So a laptop or iPad or large tablet , or similar portable device , so that device needs to be able to play it, no good having a dvd if the laptop or tablet cannot play it !
Common sense in these matters , think about it , bearing in mind that the WS plus Exhibits plus costs schedule stage is months away from the defence submission stage, so plenty of time to prepare0 -
Ok. Thanks a lot.0

Hi..good afternoon everyone.
I have submitted DQ by email to CCBC and posted a copy to Gladstones, but MCOL is not updated yet. Is it going to show that I have filled DQ on their website? I will check tomorrow again may be its too early as just one day have passed. Thanks all.0 -
It has been reported that it can take some time for MCOL to be updated due to backlogs. So long as you have a copy of the SENT e-mail you should be OK but, as you say, keep checking.0

Thanks Le_kirk for your reply. I have the acknowledgement email as well from ccbc.0

In that case check daily , ensure it's been done within say one week , phone them up if necessary until it shows as defended , then await your DQ from the CCBC (not the claimant)0

Hi RedX..thanks for your comment. I already submitted my defence and got my DQ from CCBC which also sent yesterday. Now waiting for the final showdown. :-)0
