A problem with discussions via PM is that someone might steer you in the wrong direction and no-one will be able to correct it.
Maybe host your pdf on somewhere like Dropbox and post a link to it here.0 -

Every day several people manage to post their Defence on the open forum without disclosing personal information.

If you are sending by e-mail, it makes no difference, if by post, you need to take into account the time it takes for post to arrive especially at this time of year when post can take longer.0
