I think I didn't do a very good job of arguing my case, essentially she said that she had to go with the judgement from KBT v Matton and that it wasn't sufficient for the ticket to be on display when I left the car park. I didn't manage to convince her that the landowner - KBT contract was bad or that the fee was unreasonable.Told them not to be silly with the charges though so total bill well under 300.1

Did you ever see the full judgement? That's insane as county court is NOT binding on her!1
