It looks like I haven’t been as lucky as @Alfie_79 - my Order was emailed to me on Monday stating that the hearing is to go ahead on the 28th. The Order states that I must inform them of a few details including whether evidence has been exchanged and bundles provided. I need to inform them of this within 7 days of receiving the Order but this falls 4 days before I am required to provide it as stated in the Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track.
Regardless, I’m putting everything together now, paying close attention to Abuse of Process developments, and will post here for advice soon.

It's early days and BWL will take it up to last few days
Do as instructed and ensure the judge knows about abuse of process. Hopefully it will be face to face if it goes ahead and that is the time you question the BW rep about the £60. You do this on the understanding that BWL don't have an answer so how can their rep.
But the simple fact is, if they do not discontinue they face the court disgrace of having their claim struck out3 -

@Coupon-mad here's the Order, looks like we're currently still on for an attended hearing on the 28th.
I just called the Court to confirm and then emailed providing them what they asked for and also saying that my Witness Statement/Evidence bundle isn't due to them or the Claimant until the 14th, by which time it will be.
