The DFT are not doing the new Code of Practice - and are not responsible at all for private parking - the MHCLG are!
They are ready to listen, and I know you said you will comment on the two public consultations (BSI 'code' and MHCLG 'framework'). Both as important as each other - for example the level of parking charge is far too high (penalty level) and yet it even says at the moment that the APA Trade Bodies will be able to fiddle with the cap and raise it in 'certain cases' if they want to...if their paying members ask them!
