Took our 6 month old puppy to her puppy class last night and found a lovely crisp £5 note, so that's been safely potted.

Hi there SPCers! I hope everyone's had a good week and is ready for the weekend!! 👋For all you poorly potters or those who are feeling low in whatever way, take good care of yourselves! Love and hugs from us all. 😍❤️Hello there Robin, I'm pleased to hear you're still potting. Sorry to hear you're a bit snowed under, I hope things soon look up for you. Take care of yourself.
Potted £2.11 today trying to add something everyday if only a penny.
That's the right approach, frostie, keep up the good work.
Still here, still potting away. Still recovering from the shock of DD1 turning her car upside down on Saturday, she still isn't sure what happened but thinks her brakes failed had her DD1 and her friend in the car. Almost unbelievably no one was hurt other than bruising where the seatbelt crosses the body. Thank God for the seat belt law, in the days before wearing a seatbelt compulsory she probably wouldn't have worn one and neither would her DD and her pal they would most likely have been killed.
Oh my word Lucy! 😯 What a frightening experience for you all. They were clearly so very fortunate, and as you say, back before the seat belt enforcement, the outcome really doesn't bear thinking of. Thank God for that law!!! Well done with the potting.
I'm not keen on new layout either; I miss my emojis.........Also is it just me missing something but do you have to enter the thread before you can click on the last page? I'm sure before I could just click directly to the last page from the main forum site. Ho Hum. It feels a little less "emotional" with no jumping yellow guy celebrating our "wins"
I totally agree with you, Hetty, a lack of the jumping smiley, the clapping one too are a HUGE LOSS, it's things like that which make such a difference, especially at Declaration time!! They also encourage members, which is vital.BTW. Do you mean saving the last page so you return to it when you next come on? If so, click the "bookmark" logo up on the right next to the PM logo. Failing that, if you use a PC or laptop, click Control then D and that saves it perfectly adequately.Ah we all feel exactly the same, Saver-upper, it's so drab on MSE now, yet Martin seemed so excited about the re-launch a little while ago - no comment!!! 😡 Brilliant potting btw!!!!!Excellently spotted claremylove!!!! "little smilie jumping up and down"! Aha, there's more than one way to kill a cat!! 😁Oh bless her jakes-mum! She's absolutely gorgeous!!! "little smiley jumping up and down" The size looks perfect from my mobile. You'll have to smuggle her when you go on holiday, take your pot with a sign "£2 to stroke little Harley!" 😂£15 in the pot for Mr & Mrs UU!!!Have a WONDERFUL WEEKEND folks - but KEEP DRY and safe!!! 🤩Sue x

Hi,
nothing to put just a question about the new forum layout any one worked out if you can change the size of the font? I want to make my signature bigger but can't see how or if you can, I also not a fan of the new layout its taking things a lot longer to do, in my role as a board guide and the many threads I run, boo hiss

Hi Westie,We're both looking for the same thing, but sadly there's nothing to allow us to do so! I'm also looking for at least one different colour so the text is more striking to us all, especially members. They've really mucked things up; I'd far sooner they took another day, or a week in order to have prevented all this mess up. I've been in touch with them and was told I'd hear back later last week...I didn't!!! If I were to add/remove members from the 1st post, all that comes up is a load of gobbledegook! So, apologies, but I'm unable to help you. Fingers crossed this is soon sorted.Take care, SueSue x

Hello,
Hope everyone is okay after the winds and storm over the weekend. Our garden fence has now broken from last weeks storm and now this one has made it completely fall.
More coins in the pot over the weekend, still working on emptying out purse (apart from pound coins), this seems to be working well and I don’t feel like I am losing out, the PIG is getting very full already.
Have a good week everyone.SPC ... 0374 -
Potting continues here - and redundancy has struck our household
. Yikes! It's a whole new scary world, but we will survive. Thankful for these forums, and all the advice, which will help us through. Fully intend to keep saving a minimum of £50 per month in my pot

Meanwhile, as you say, there's a wealth of help here on MSE!Brilliant news delta13!!!!Westie - I had a reply from MSE Towers today, some formatting problems might take WEEKS!!!!!!Sue x
