Also post what you intend to say to Morrisons re the parking charge.

 what you have is what is known on here as a "double dip" aka Two visits counted as one.

 In my opinion there should be a zero tolerance policy towards such things, what has happened is that Morrisons through the actions of their agents appear to have been negligent in solely relying upon an automated system with known flaws, and they also appear to have failed to carry out any reasonable checks on the data to ensure its accuracy.

but please start a new thread, and dont send anything to anyone until you have had it checked here first
