    Has anyone seen the vouchers!!!

OK so I am thinking the worst after ordering the vouchers online and getting acknowledgement plus email on 6th Nov saying voucher on the way - I just think that the promised 13th Nov will come and go and I will still be waiting.....

    So anyone had them yet!!!!!

I ordered mine 30/10 and still no sign of the vouchers. Unhelpful phone call yesterday - told I will get them by 13/11. A real pain in the arris - I need to spend them on 13/11 as I am going on holiday next day .

MSE states you have to use your voucher in one go but if you have more than one voucher you can use over a number of shops.

    EH??

How can you have more than one voucher when you are only allowed to double up once?

    Am I missing something here?

    My £100 voucher has come as 2 x £50.

Ordered first day offer went live, vouchers arrived 5th.

No rhyme or reason as to the order they arrive it seems.

I think may are making it to be more complicated than it is.

Seems simple to me ,exchange in the app and then go to store to spend.

I agree it would be brilliant if we could buy ordinary groceries or even some Christmas stuff like turkey or gammon. That's thinking of customers though, not what Sainsburys do.

I'm going to buy wine with mine, assuming it works on the app. and they have what I want in stock. Big IF.

I think it's mad that you have to apply online for a voucher by snail mail vegastare . :(

Remember the wine is only against Taste The Difference wines, sherries, sparkling wines and port.

As my friends that work for Sainsburys, always get a customer that thinks the double up coupons are redeemable against any wine.

I was sorely hoping the "double up" promotion would extend to ordinary groceries too - sad to see that I can only use the vouchers on things I neither want nor need.
Am I correct to think that I may as well just go ahead and spend my Nectar points balance on my weekly grocery shopping anyway?

Again my friends that work for Sainsburys get many customers that collect points throughout the year and then redeem them on the big food shop before Christmas.

Then some keep them for January as some get paid Dec 20th and not again til Jan 31st

Yes, thanks it is a TTD wine that I want.

I have huge sympathy for the front line staff. They are getting all the hassle from customers about this crazy double up system when they didn't think it up.

Easy way to spot if its a TTD if the top of wines have a dark purple cap - similar colour to the uniform, with Taste The Difference on the neck wrapper.

I ordered mine on second day confirmation says 9.50 am on 31 Oct and no sign. The email saying the were sent arrived on 6th Nov. The emails seems to say call them or go into store if you have concerns..... I shall not call again...but the store ...well that's a thought....if the Postie hasn't brought them by Wed am then batten down the hatchets :(

I got an email straight away saying that the vouchers were being posted when I ordered on 31 Oct - but nothing yet. Very frustrating. Keep me posted if anyone gets theirs!
