Everyone with an Amazon account can go to their "Message Centre" to view received E-mails and to send Amazon an E-Mail message.

I do agree that Amazon don't exactly highlight this...

I've just been into my message Centre, and although I can view e-mails received from Amazon (which all appear to come from a notification only address than doesn;t accept incoming mail), I can't see any option to send one to them ?

There is an option to display sent mails, which in my case is empty but I imagine would contain outgoing mail if you were a marketplace seller

Mine is full of sent messages to market place sellers, I'm not one myself.

To be fair, I've never had any reason to use E-Mail to contact Amazon directly.

I prefer to let Amazon call me by telephone and deal with any issues immediately while they also pay for the call.

Why wait hours (or days) for someone to respond to an E-Mail when there is no need?
