I had one issue once- I get parcels from them every other day, clicked the contact button, they called me with in 10 seconds, apologised and refunded. Best service ever.0

20 October 2019 order placed to be delivered at my work address (used many times before for amazon)
27 October (a Sunday) 19:35 delivery attempted
28 October I called their customer service to ask if they could put a note to deliver between 08:30 and 16:30 - "yes no problem"
29 October delivery attempted at 19:16, despite my instructions.0 -
I have my items delivered to an Amazon locker, that way not left with a random neighbour, love it.0
