Morning all, heading home after an epic 2 weeks of work and family time.
Will need to consider my jobs lists for this afternoon/evening and tomorrow.
Tomorrow:
Pickle is going to the Childminder, hubby is going to work for lunchtime (but needs a doctors appointment in the morning)
I am still officially on leave from work until the weekend, so I have got a WHOLE day to fly tomorrow.
It will involve washing & shopping. The rest is tbc!Outstanding mortgage: £23,181 (December 19)

Good afternoon
I am not working today. Not much Flying was done yesterday. I visited my local RHS gardens with 3 boys, DD & DS, and met my Mum there. It was a bit chilly at times, but didn't rain too much! It gave the boys a run anyway! Back home the flying consisted of picking up toys - many, many toys!!
Today I have had a lazy morning. The plan was to visit the allotment for a little while, but my gardening trousers were smelly (I've recently taken a delivery of horse poo!) and in the wash - that's my excuse & I'm sticking to it :rotfl: I have put on 2 loads of washing which is now drying. DD has made a cake, and has set up to decorate in her room - otherwise she takes over the kitchen!! She did wash up most of her stuff, and I have washed up the rest & wiped down all the kitchen surfaces. I am now decluttering some old stuff off the TV box! I will make some lunch soon, then maybe do some admin. Oh, and I need to walk the dog0 -
Still going strong here.
DD2 has done 3 internship applications
Old desk has been emptied, Stationary being sorted as I type, but how much spare paper do we have!
Other cabinet in playroom moved into library and thoroughly cleaned.
2 loads of washing done, will put a 3rd on in a few minutes
Pellet stove people have just phoned with a date to install, yipee! Will be done by end of November which is great news as we are having visitors for xmas. Most motivated to get it cleared out now. Have been playing with plan and cut out paper to try and organise furniture.
Back to the sorting and need to find something for dinner0 -
Did HHI, WULTD, and visited the f&v market and diy store before work to tick those jobs off. DH’s job is to actually screw the hooks to the doors so that might be a long wait. I will not capitulate - repeat ....
Full day at work but very little achieved although DD has cleaned her room. Flying by association is the best I will do today, I think. Left work early to meet DD in town only to find that the required shop shut at 5pm not 5.30pm grrrrr.
Back home now. Wm run. One tray roast in the oven with lots of veggies.0 -
Cheap scratch post (£4.99) found and brought home and set up; packaging to be reused (bag as binliner) and box going in blue bin.
Bag of pens brought home singularly by DS when he worked at the pub taken back to said pub on way back from H0meBargains, B&M and Morries. Was a very minor detour. About 25 and that's not counting the ones I got DD to take back when she was working there for the odd shift. They have the name of the pub on. 3 designs... *fling* DS's room cleaned, tidied, bed made, bedding in wash. Sill/window framed mopped; windows cleaned. Pot of pennies slotted into money box; cardboard pot which formerly contained pennies (dust gathering) flung. Vacuum emptied *fling* Towels brought in from line and popped on maiden after I had put washing away. Some 'partly worn' clothes may have been carefully folded and put in drawers as they can be worn again and DS's system (as with anyone who doesn't have to put the garments through the whole laundry process) is to put them in the wash. Muhahahaha
Broken stone frog which I suspect was dumped in my garden by the builders repairing a fence at the back has also been binned.
last few school Harvest items for food bank dropped off at foodbank collection.*fling*
So, although minor, these little flings are quite a few ticks off on the Toots list.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

I have done 5x WM today - and not a single item to iron0
-
Morning all
I didn’t get to post yesterday, work was full on so no time. I managed the dailies and that was it.
About to start paid stuff today, WM is swishing and there is a pile to fold up so will spend 5 mins on that on my way up to the office.
I’m not sure what else I will do today, very much going to depend on what time I finish work... let’s hope it’s not too late.
Have a good day all x0
