Who has a grey house

I've just sold my grey & white house and I loved the decor.
Having moved into a 50's house with so much pine wood everywhere, beige carpets and horrific feature walls I really miss my clean grey & white....0 -
I blame Mrs Hinch0

I blame 50 shades of grey where Mr Grey wants everything grey because thats his name. I didn't read the book but I tried the film. I lasted 10 minutes, it was as unimaginative as Mr Grey wanting everything grey.
I've got a few grey tiles in my bathroom but they were free.0 -
Much prefer it to magnolia.0

Not me. Beige is bad enough but at least it's warm.
We are planning to paint the kitchen soon. It's a lovely, apricot shade at the moment. We like it; it needs either a warm, vibrant colour or a really pale one as it faces North and gets little natural light. So far, OH has settled on a peach shade which literally makes the apricot pale by comparison... I'm thinking a lighter version, maybe.0 -
I can't understand the grey carpet thing. It looks awful."Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance" - Confucius0

Only goes to show, you can't buy taste.0 -
My house is quite grey... I love it. It's been my favourite colour for about 10 years now and it's only been since I've bought a house and that I've been able to decorate it myself it's come through! I love that house linked!0

I hate grey but then I'm old enough to remember black and white TV.
In a few years grey will look really dated and something new will have taken over.
I'm gradually painting my house white , goes with anything.Decluttering, 20 mins / day Jan 2024 2/20
