  • I've just come to the conclusion i am not going to work tomorrow so problem of what to do with charlie is solved. I have been feeling a bit off it all afternoon. I've had a couple of dizzy spells and some pains in my stomach. Think i will try and get in the drs tomorrow and get myself checked out. Come to think of it, i felt strange at morrisons too, but thought it was just morning sickness.

best ring work in a minute.

new car is brill by the way, lovely to drive if a bit keen on the breaks, and loads of mod cons like heated mirrors, heated seats, air con. I will soon be used to it, and plan to keep it fairly immaculate. ILs even filled it up for us, and the previous owner put a new tyre on it for us as she was so worried it was faulty. Must get her some flowers at xmas when we visit the ILs as she has been lovely about it especially as she sold it us so cheaply too.

Not sure how much flying will get done this week, but as i did so well yesterday i am not too fussed.

    anyway, plan for me:

    monday:
    • ring nursery to tell them about charlie's eyes
    • make and go to drs appointment for me
    • talk to sisters further about xmas presents and then order some more on line
    • pay nursery bill for the week when we get there eventually
    • return nursery t-shirt we have here
    • check 7G scheme of work is ok to teach
    • put the updated version onto the computer at work
    • take bottle of wine in to work for cheese and wine night
    • mark y8 h/ws and books
more as i think of it

    Write O/S christmas cards
    Sort my desk
    Ironing
The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair

Little bit sweaty, but floor has been mopped and sofas have been cleaned and moisturised!

Just got the kitchen floor to do, but have to wait for living room to dry so dog can come through here and then do kitchen. I don't want doggy prints all over it!

off to surf the web now.

    Morning all.

    Thanks again lil_me.

I'll be keeping it simple for the next month or so - midnighters starting in the lead up till Christmas, so I'll be flat out and totally tired.

Cheated with most of Mondays list and did it Sunday night :)

Empty out the fridge, replace what is inside after wiping it out, making sure what is needed first is at the front DONE
    Level Two

Clean floors in these rooms kitchen floor swept
Wipe kitchen cupboard fronts and kickboards DONE
Wipe down fronts of major appliances (cooker, firdge, freezer etc) DONE
    Level Three
Dust any extra furniture in dining area, checking for cobwebs on way round
Wipe & replace small appliances.. kettle, toaster etc (wipe under too, especially the toaster!) DONE
Clean the oven if you missed it last week or it needs it

Extra tasks if you want to do more
    • Wipe window sills and clean windows in these rooms
    • Clean the dish drainer, make sure you clean under it too DONE
    • Clen any 'medium' size appliances, bread makers, slow cookers etc
    • Clean out and organize one drawer, more if you like
    • Check the freezer, see what needs using up DONE
All SS appliances were wiped with special SS wipe - they look lovely :)
Finished cleaning pantry - all shelves and floor sparkling :)

    Hiya everyone
I've spent the weekend throwing up. Feel slightly better now and on a positive note it's a good start to my healthy eating before christmas plan - i've just not been able to eat!

Went to ikea today and bought a cupboard for the hall. This has now got all the children's ds lite stuff in / my work diary etc / catalogues and stuff that don't look nice on the book shelf and I still have two empty drawers and one cupboard left. Whooooooooooooooooooo!

I've started to take pictures down in the living room and empty the shelves ready for decorating at some point. Don't know when that will happen because we have friends staying next weekend, we're away the weekend after, the weekend after DH is having a small op and then it's christmas. Oh well, I've accepted it won't be done for christmas so i'm not stressing!

The good thing about everything being packed away is that there's not much left to clean!

Right, early night for me so i'll see you all tomorrow. Here's to a good week xx

    Hi everyone

I would like to join in this week please.

Ive been following for a few weeks now but not felt ready to join in.

Im in the middle of decorating dining/living room and so theres loads of stuff dumped everywhere, really want it to look good before christmas.

I think if I have to report everyday I will get more done, normally I just sit on the internet every night, but I find in 15-20 min bursts I get quite a bit done.

I hate living in clutter so i'm aiming to ebay/freecycle all my stuff aswell.

LJD1 hope you are feeling better soon.
Good night Dusty, fingers crossed you feel better tomorrow too.
Pigpen, sounds like another manic week for you, I am sure as usual you will take it in your stride.
    Bekkki welcome :)
Good morning Denise, I have no idea what mignighters are but hope they are not too bad, must be pretty warm where you are now.
Michelle car sounds great, what a nice honest person the seller must be.
tiamai I said shhhh don't mention Xmas!! I am hoping it'll go away if I ignore it!
Jjef take a photo, that way it lasts forever :)
AnWsMum thanks for the reminder about highchairs, I have the one here for Matthew still, need to get that sorted this week

Right, kids bathed and me showered, stuff for packed lunches sorted, another darks load out and another one in (all I seem to do at the minute is flippin' laundry) laundry that was upstairs put away (will ignore the few down here until tomorrow, I can't see it...) boys tidied the train set away without being nagged (it's weird how now they have 2 seperate rooms they are keeping it tidier) DP gone to work because he's bought something on Ebay so needs the money.

Starting to feel a bit more human again thankfully. Just sat and ate a bar of chocolate :o not like me to do that, it's been there so long it was a few weeks out of date, comfort food I think.

    My list for tomorrow
Level 3 from list plus at least one of the extras, haven't picked which yet
[strike] Collect VCR from freecycle at 10am (20 miles away ish I think)
Ring my parents before I go and see if either will be in, freecycle pick up is near them so will call over [/strike]
Try and get some ideas for presents for my parents, Nana and nephew
Ring friend who is photographer about doing pics of Matthew
Ring Matthews Mam and see when I can pinch him
    Find DPs HNC certificates
Do Ds2s shoe box to take to school
Find wrapping paper for the box, sure there is some in the Xmas bag
Finish shopping list after searching through
Take DS1 to get glasses on evening, do shopping while there
Get Ds2s glasses fixed, screw keeps flying out
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb
