Round I bought 2 laundry baskets last week, and put one of the old ones in the bin, even OH noticed!
Do you think there has been subliminal advertising going on around here?
Binbag of DS's discarded clothes in now divided in to 'cs for sale' and 'cs for rags' bags. Two other cs bags have been started - one for books and one for 'stuff' - stuff that is not clothes or books, that sort of stuffCurrently it contains a coffee storage jar, a purse and a perfume/ keyring set. It did contain a pair of football boots, but I decided they were 'clothes' and put them in the other bag :rotfl:
I've also unpackaged more birthday presents - glass and mug in bowl to be WUDUPA, cider in fridge. coaster on side table, reed diffuser now diffusing in kitchen - but we'll see how that goes. I'm not good with smells - a lot of them give me a headache
3 gift bags to be added to the stash :money:

Bins emptied
Not feeling great today, went to walk in surgery, 4 hours decluttered but have seen the Dr and have some meds
Now sitting on sofa with blanket and a cat or two. That’s where I will be staying for a bit I think.
Hugs, GWS vibes to any who need them x0 -
Tray of bedding planted out into the windowboxes. Not sure how much will survive, but it fills a gap.
Dinner in SC, using up leftovers from yesterday and some extra bits. Idiot Cats got a bonus out of the extras and I still had enough to shove some into the freezer.
Table dejunked.
Showerroom mirror, sink, shelf and loo cleaned.
and 30 mins on hold to the heathcare company, who have 'absolutely no idea' why my delivery was 'cancelled' and then subsequently lost, along with my online enquiries. Strangely, it should be here tomorrow morning now I've politely gone ballistic (and they might have received a rocket from the hospital as well).
Lots of coffee has been drunk.
It's been a grotty day today, dark all the time and raining for most of it. Himself should be home soon and has already texted to say that he's on 37 hours next week as well. Christmas/January payday should be a bit better as a result, especially if the usual increase in illnesses means there are extra hours going spare after that.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
Applied for a few dozen more jobs for Boog.. I WILL have him working if it kills me!
OH's appointment this week has been cancelled, after he booked the day off work months ago.. why the heck they think it is ok to cancel stuff 2 days before hand .. like their time is worth more than anyone elses.. like no one else has any real life.. we all just sit about waiting in case an appointment is changed!
I still am not allowed to change my hospital appointment so I'm not going to be sorting that out.. again with the stupidity!
We have a meeting at school on Thursday about the girls music lessons so that will be boring.. lol
I've managed a whole 2 loads of washing today and parcelled 3 ebeast things.. I have a multiple sale and have misplaced one item of the 7 .. I washed it and dried it and cannot for the life of me find it now! It is utterly infuriating !
OH run 3 loads through the DW. We purchased more cat litter.. we are using 60+ litres a month at the moment.. smelly little fluffs!! lol.

Evening all
Not much flying done for a few days as mum been in hospital. she`s home now so hopefully I`ll catch up over the next few days. Flat actually not looking too bad though need to get out winter clothes and put summer things into storage. Don`t have space to keep everything in the wardrobe.
Have still managed to get daillies done. Looking like this way of organising housework is here to stay.
Spent ages on the phone completing our bank switch over. Will be saving £300 per year as old bank was a managed account and charged us £25 a month for the privilege of ring-fencing the money for our direct debitsSwimming not drowning0 -
I'm not going to break a sweat over the house ... I'm off next week so I'll catch up then.

Morning all,
I think it's fair to say I didn't fly yestereday, I did my nails, took my friend for lunch as it was her birthday then we went to the hairdressers (a joint friend of ours so regularly a social event) and then on to visit another friend who is in hospital. Plenty of tea, cakes and laughs alround. To be fair house was tidy before.
Today I am already flying, due to 8.30 lesson that was canx at 7.50. As I was already up hair and make up done and just about to put my dress on so grabbed house clothes (trousers and fleece) and am already on the go.
WM is on
DW unloaded
Fire reloaded (an back on as it's grey and damp)
And the famous letter started, DD2 needs to find an internship for February and last night we had tears on the phone over application letters so mum to the rescue (not as easy as it sounds when it's not your first language). But have collected some ideas together, sent them to OH for comments as he works in the sector she's interested in and then will try and piece soething together for her.
But now breakfast and more coffee
See you later0 -
Morning all
Feeling better today but think I will take it fairly easy all the same...
Dailies done
WM swishing
Laundry from yesterday folded and put away
Quick vac of ground floor done
Just having breakfast and then I will get back to paid stuff, going to be catch up time there due to day off yesterday. Come what may I am finishing at 5pm!
Have a good day all x0
