Max is 6 months
Write to their DPO and instruct them of your new address for service, and instruct them to erase your old address3 -
judrop500 said:Hi everyone. So I replied as suggested stating that my defence will be on signage, and I have heard no response from CST. That was in February and we are now in September. The problem I have now is that I will hopefully be moving house soon. I will set up forwarding post, but the maximum it’s possible to forward post is three months. Should I send another letter to CST with my new address? Or do I stay quiet?
What do you mean "my defence will be on signage"? Did you actually submit a defence? Have you received court claim papers from Northampton CCBC?3 -

I asked them to put this on hold until I had the info from a SAR.Oct 2019 - got the SAR back.
Feb 2020 - got a letter stating I had 14 days to say what my dispute is or they would launch a county court claim (a bit weird as they had already sent a LBA).
September 2020 - had literally radio silence ever since, so we’re almost at one year from the LBA now.0 -

With a potential court case hanging over me, I'd be going for maximum redirection. The cost of that is insignificant compared to the financial damage a judgment in default and a credit trashing CCJ can wreak. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

But mainly - inform the PPC and any agent/solicitor they've used about your new address for service, and keep proof that you did, and ask for confirmation from their DPO that the old address has been erased.
This is all done by email to their DPO and how to find that email addy is simply by Googling the company name and word 'privacy' (not searching their website looking).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Would the information on signage in this thread be a good start?

For background they are claiming for seven unpaid parking tickets at Browncross St in Manchester. They are claiming £160 per ticket plus recovery charge plus interest plus court and legal fees, to the total of £1600+.
I have all the NTKs from a SAR as well as photos of the car, but not the driver.0
