Eurocarparks CST law LBA SAR no response

On BrownTrout’s advice in my thread I have decided not to respond to the LBC, as it appears it would be a complete waste of effort. Might as well save it for court. They don’t know who was driving so let them prove it.0

Anyway. Curious thing. For the first five tickets the NTK is between 23 and 38 days following the alleged offence. Each time there was no windscreen ticket, it was all done by entry/exit camera. BUT the PCN is within the POFA 14 days (ie the PCN came before the NTK). Do I have a defence of No Keeper Liability on these occasions? The fifth ticket also has no photos attached. Assume I can throw that one out?Tickets 6 & 7 have an NTK within the 14 days, but have no PCN, just a final notice.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No, what makes you think it has to have photos? It doesn't.
That's because ECP changed the way they do things in 2018.
Ok so what now? Since there is no defence should I start WP offer / negotiation?0 -
It was this car park with this same signage. Is this a good enough defence?

Well, interesting photos but not of a car park, seemed to be a handful of lizards!1

As far as I can see it I have two options:
1. Send a letter saying I will dispute it in court and wait (but not actually have a legit defence)
Or
2. Make a WPO hoping to settle at most £700 for the seven tickets.
I don’t really see any benefit to dragging it out with option one.0 -
Stop
Why would you even think of paying
Wait until you get a court claim. Put paying out of your mind. That is foolish0 -
No-one at any point has said you have no defence. I certainly didn't; I just explained ECP's changed approach to the paperwork over the years.
Changes nothing about your case. Except for perhaps an odd ParkingEye carbon copy Beavis case (and they are not all like that case!) all PPC claims are defendable.
Most cases win on dodgy signs anyway. Even people who lose, get the added fake costs removed when they know how to argue that, thanks to this forum.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
