CST won't put anything on hold because you sent the PPC a SAR. You should tell them instead that "although you deny the debt you are seeking debt advice" and therefore they are required to put proceedings on hold.
If doing this, quote the Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims 4.2: -
4.2 If the debtor indicates that they are seeking debt advice, the creditor must allow the debtor a reasonable period for the advice to be obtained. In any event, the creditor should not start court proceedings less than 30 days from receipt of the completed Reply Form or 30 days from the creditor providing any documents requested by the debtor, whichever is the later.

No way are you meant to hand over that data to anyone, let alone a scam industry!

Please, before you do anything else which may result in your bank account being looted, do some reaserrch on these companies,

An MP recently stated in the HoC that he had reason to believe that some had connections with organised crime, you are not dealing with John Lewis here.

[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]Nine times out of ten of these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra work.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

No dont worry honestly, tbh i have no issue with sending ID to parking companies(unlike most people on here), i dont see it as issue , and even though DRP are not a nice company your ID would be quite safe

From a security point of view, I wouldn't worry BUT I do wonder what a passport does in terms of proving who you are. The passport does not have your address on it. The passport does not have your car VRM on it. Neither the PPC nor their solicitors have a photograph of you to compare to!

Our issue is that these firms are absolute scammers, and also have no legal reason to demand your photo ID at all. Nothing you can do about it now but this was not something you had to give them and the Information Commissioner has confirmed this.

The scammers in the parking industry have proved themselves as scammers and that includes the low grade legals.

The media keep telling people not to give scammers your personal information.

When they want you to prove who are for a SAR, they already know that from the DVLA and you confirm ONLY what they know already with the V5 and an email address they can contact you on.

NO passport, NO drivers licence, they are proven scammers who cannot be trusted

Hi everyone. Finally got the SAR back today. I have gone through all the info. They have failed to send me the pay machine and pay app logs of all payments in the relevant days I requested - not sure if that is significant?

Anyway. Curious thing. For the first five tickets the NTK is between 23 and 38 days following the alleged offence. Each time there was no windscreen ticket, it was all done by entry/exit camera. BUT the PCN is within the POFA 14 days (ie the PCN came before the NTK). Do I have a defence of No Keeper Liability on these occasions?

The fifth ticket also has no photos attached. Assume I can throw that one out?

Tickets 6 & 7 have an NTK within the 14 days, but have no PCN, just a final notice.

Grateful for a suggested response to CST.

Many thanks for all your help so far.
