Eurocarparks CST law LBA SAR no response

Hiya. A few weeks ago I had a LBA from CST Law on behalf of Euro Carparks regarding six unpaid parking fines. I emailed Eurocarparks dataprotection team with a SAR, and I replied to CST (recorded delivery) asking them to put a hold on the LBA until I had the SAR back (I attached a printout of the SAR email).

No reply from CST yet. I gave Euro CP 30 days to respond to the SAR and they have not replied as yet. The 30 days is up on Wednesday (23/10/19). I emailed them again and copied in CST yesterday reminding them there was a week left.

What do I do if they don’t send me the SAR response? What are my next steps?

You had quite a lot of help on your previous thread about £600 worth of tickets from SIP. You don’t seem to have updated that thread on how it ended. What happened?

You seem to be able to rack up lots of parking tickets. There’s only so many rabbits we can help pull out of the hat. We are not parking anarchists, nor are we magicians.

My ex-husband told me to never pay private parking companies. I’ve obviously learned my lesson. These all date from 2017/18. SiP wanted £1000 and we settled at £600.

@couponman I was an idiot, what can I say. I have searched the forums and none of these issues come up? Is there a problem with the search function?

Hit your 'Back' button to get back to the forum thread list. On the bar just above the threads you'll see the 'Search' function. The problem is with your searching.

1. I didn't tell you to search, I said to read a post in the NEWBIES sticky thread (my signature tells you where that is, no link given).

2. Even if you try to search for, say, CST Euro as keywords, I KNOW you will get results as we have had a couple of threads about them recently.

I suspect you are putting too many words in your search and/or not searching as Umkomaas explains above. You will not find threads by putting 'Eurocarparks' as a keyword because their name is NOT one word!

For what are you searching? The place to start is the NEBWIE sticky post # 2. Did you e-mail your SAR to the DPO of the PPC with proof of your ID, for example a scan of your V5C? The SAR results will be more useful at Witness Statement stage anyway, have you actually received a court claim or just the LBA?

Just a LBA. Didn’t send V5 because when I did a SAR to SIP it wasn’t required...

Ok I have gone through the Newbies thread and I can see nothing about a nil return to a SAR.
