But your SAR deadline isn't even up.

And why would you want to read about nil returns from SARs, that's the least of your worries! Who cares about a late SAR - you WILL get a reply!

You do realise you are at LBC stage and will likely get a court claim, which is why I was telling you to sit down & read post #2 of it, especially the bits under the red heading IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN.

I was trying to prepare you for court.

I haven’t got any defence at all @coupon so I would fail in court. I know what happens I did it with SIP - I’ll have to negotiate. I hold my hands up - I cocked up - I’d just rather get it done sooner rather than later, and get on with my. I haven’t had another ticket since spring 2018.

    As I asked before:
Why have you got six PCNs, and what were the circumstances, overstay or unpaid fee?
Are you saying you used car parks without paying a tariff at all?

You do know that 6 x £100 PCNs is only £600, just as your SIP ones were only the sum on the Notice to Keeper too...so they can't recover more than the parking charge.

You paid £600 to SIP, why? For six PCNs where you felt there was no defence? Or for 4 PCNs where they added fake sums?

£600 for six. Yeah I paid nothing. Had to be in Mcr city centre and had zero cash. Studying. No job, not allowed to claim jobseekers, no benefits, single mum blah blah blah tiny violins. Nothing anyone would care about. CST / Euro want about £1500 currently.

Well they are not entitled to more than 6 x the PCN, at best. Why not defend this one and not cave in this time?

CST are new to this, so might make a pig's ear of the evidence, that they will need to supply to the court for each & every PCN. And if this is Manchester court as your nearest, you have some canny Judges there, e.g. DJ Iyer who found in favour of Mr Lengyel who was fly parking...

Read PACE v Lengyel, from the Parking Prankster case law pages. Clever Judge!

I say you should never have paid off SIP so don't make that mistake again here.

Sending anything by signed for delivery is a bad idea. If the recipient refuses to sign then they have proof it was never received.

CST won't put anything on hold because you sent the PPC a SAR. You should tell them instead that "although you deny the debt you are seeking debt advice" and therefore they are required to put proceedings on hold.

OP I also have an LBA from CST on behalf of Euro. I have also sent Euro and SAR, but they want proof of ID from me.

I have decided to provide them the ID they have requested and they tell me they will respond within 30 days.

Unfortunately this puts me outside of the LBA response deadline so I am writing my response without the evidence.

Not photo' ID I hope. The ICO have said asking for that is unreasonable. Only send a copy of the V5 or a redacted utility bill/bank statement.
