You do not put anything in that box, not even a full stop else it counts as your defence.
This is in the body of the NEWBIE sticky second post: -
Send your defence to the CCBCAQ email address given by KeithP in all the other recent claim/defence threads we need you to read first.

The newbies thread is not clear TBF. The email address is in a comment - and it doesn’t say whether you just email the defence document, or also send the defence form that came in the pack with “see separate document” in the box for the defence?
    I don't understand.

    The NEWBIES thread says:
THEN - UNLESS YOU HAVE A PARKING EYE CLAIM (DIFFERENT) - READ THIS TEMPLATE DEFENCE AND EDIT IT TO SUIT:
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6108153/suggested-template-defence-to-adapt-for-all-parking-charge-cases-where-they-add-false-admin-costs/p1

    Did you follow that link?

If so, you will have found...

Please let us know how those instructions can be improved.

We are of course keen to make the process as easy to follow as possible.

    What form?
Here is the full extract of how to submit a defence from the NEWBIE thread (admittedly you have to follow a link but it is not too onerous): -
    Submitting your defence:
Thanks to @KeithP for this summary of how to submit a defence by email to the CCBCAQ email address:
If you have no access to a scanner, then put an electronic signature in it. When you are happy with it, your defence is to be filed via email as suggested here:
    Print your Defence.
    Sign it and date it.
Scan the signed document back in and save it as a pdf.
Send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk and if you haven't been able to merge the 6 page Southampton Judgment PDF into your document, just attach that too, but as a second PDF.
Just put the claim number (check it very carefully) and the word Defence in the email title, and in the body of the email something like 'Please find my Defence attached'.
Don't do anything else on MCOL (certainly do not use the option 'start defence'!) but do check it after a few days to see if the Claim is marked "defence received". If not, chase the CCBC until it is.
  • Update today. Assume I hang fire until 5 Feb then resubmit my defence?

Yes, if needed. Obviously you read their new PoC and see.

I do like a Court that is prepared to strike out a PPC 'claim' and make them provide further and better particulars!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Thanks for all your help so far. This is the latest update. What’s my next move? Do I resubmit my defence, or does it need a rewrite?

The court order you received is the second for CST Law we have seen.   How many more are unknown here.

Remember their claim was signed as a statement of truth
Any changes from them now will be probably be fatal.
I think CST Law are in trouble

There's a VRM showing in Para 9 of their POC.
