I never did get my callback from Sky but I did receive some paperwork from Comet yesterday which prompted me to call Sky 'on the off chance' and they confirmed my installation date of 24 Dec !!!! :T :j So, only 1 day over what they originally said.

I received my viewing card from Sky today :cool:

I got this installed yesterday. £30 to Comet and £69 to sky. The HD channels look great

You could try Comet but all they ever told me was 'yes it's ordered.'

My first call would be to Sky installers on 08705959595 and ask them if they have any record of your installation.

Have you checked your bank/credit card to see what payments have gone out?

Yes checked bank no records. Rang Sky and they did not have a clue what I was on about. Rang Comet and the guy said I will be getting a call tomorrow.
We'll see, hope so offer ends tomorrow.

I rang comet to take up this offer on the 13th december but have yet to have it installed. Paid my £30 for the install but now sky are saying they have no record of the offer on my account and if i want it i will have to pay £299 plus the install. The offer is of course now not available at Comet and when i call to get a refund i'm told the sky department will call me back. Convientiely there is no-one available!

Has anyone else had this problem?
