    Do I just do a quick couple of lines then to state that PE haven't conformed to the code of practice or should I elaborate? I've never been this far so just a bit of guidance would be appreciated.

    A concise complaint with name of PPC , PCN ref number , the fact that they have not cancelled or issued a popla code and more than 35 days have elapsed since their last communication

    Try to attach or upload copies of the PCN and other letters or emails , plus your own name , address and contact details such as email address etc

    This isn't rocket science
