I recieved the witness statement from gladstone solicitors today and It looks like it would be really difficult for me to win. Can I upload what they've sent me?

When is your WS, evidence etc due - or has it already been filed and served?

I've already served it, but only attached a picture of the entrance of the private land. Do they go by what is on the witness statement or defence?

But you have a Jack Chapman witness statement template that is an exact match for ALL THE OTHER UKCPM CASES...you know, the infamous 'facsimile signature/cut & paste Witness Statement written by Gladstones not by 'Jack Chapman' issue, exposed in all UKCPM cases that you could have read since October.

If you don't know what I am talking about read about twenty UKCPM threads...or Google UKCPM Jack Chapman and ignore the result that takes you to his face on UKCPM's own website...!!

You are about to win - but generally, success here depends upon posters reading similar threads and learning about the issues, and UKCPM/Gladstones cases have an elephant in the room so big, it breaks the case if you expose it.

You just needed to have known what the tedious template WS would looked like and who would 'sign' it and how to knock that down.  I haven't seen any newbie here post in months, that they actually think this template WS is something to worry about and that tells me you really need to read other UKCPM Jack Chapman threads, sharpish, and stop staying on this tiny thread of your own.

Most people laugh when they get Jack Chapman's fully expected pile of drivel...

And surely even if you haven't yet read any Jack Chapman threads (put that right...) you must have noticed that the photos only span four minutes?!   How can a visitor get a permit from the adjacent premises (up the stairs and into the flat they are visiting, then back down again) in four minutes?!  How can a visitor who does not arrive armed with a permit, display a permit 'at all times'?

That last observation is basic compared to the Jack Chapman 'signature'!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
