read the bargepole post, simples
if you have received the DQ from the CCBC fill it in and email it
if not , wait for it to come or download it , fill it in and email it
when you dont know what to do, read that post #2 of the newbies thread, otherwise that is the reply you will receive0 -
All this info is in the NEWBIE sticky post #2 in a thread entitled what happened and when. Presumably you haven't had a DQ yet, so that will be the next stage, you will receive one from the CCBC which you complete and return. You could re-read post # 4, where KeithP outlined the steps.0

I've been issued with a court date. I'd like to know what to argue at the court and how I can win this. They want a witness statement I'd like some help creating one.0

You won't be surprised to hear that all the guidance you are looking for is still in the second post of the NEWBIES thread.Y333moe said:I've been issued with a court date. You really must be using that NEWBIES thread as your bible.0 -
Yep. Shockingly, after 8 pages, you still dont go to the newbies thread first!
No need to think or guess. Youre *told* exactly what tto do.0 -
It is Witness Statement (WS) time then, look at the NEWBIE sticky second post and you will find links to some WS examples that you can use for style and format help. A WS is "in support of my defence as already filed" and is a narrative of what happened on the day and subsequently. It is written in the First Person ("I") in your own words. It is also the opportunity to provide evidence in support of arguments you have used in your defence and in your WS. Your defence is what you argue at court. Don't forget evidence and costs schedule.
