Yes I deleted the other one and it started copying Windows files. I believe it's only working lol0

Perhaps you can re-apply Secure Boot if you disabled it temporarily. If you wish.
Use Browsers that block Banners, Tracking and Adware.
Opera is ok, but you need to go into it's Settings to turn on AdBlocking, remove Exceptions etc.
Firefix is customisable. With lots of add-ons available to you in order to block Tracking etc
