Hes a royal engineer. Hes still on trade training at the moment and hes finding it hard going, he just wants to be off doing it now. It is going to be so hard when (if) he gets a posting to Afghanistan, but its what he wants to do, so I just have to support that. It must be scary though.:heartpuls

Thats not sad I love seeing my debt amounts go down. My loan amount seemed to stay on £14 thousand and something forever, I was so pleased this month when in was down to £13 thousand and something for the first time this month! Thats what makes it worth it, when you see the results.:heartpuls

Yep it gets to me sometimes, my sister-in-law is there as well as the mo she's in the RAF. She's home in 2 weeks, fingers crossed, my brother doesn't finish till April!
I've been keeping busy to not think about it too much, but one thing I would recommend to to send bluies and e-bluies, and parcels as often as possible. Even the smallest thing is welcome and free postage to areas such as Afghanistan.
I hope he doesn't get posted anywhere too bad to start with, Germany's lovely, but then you have to remember that's what they signed up for!
My dh was going to sign-up again but thankfully decided not too as he would miss our dd too much.
Good luck with your debt-free-wannabeness!

Good for you, doing the things you are doing to get debt free. I am sure you will be there in no time, and can get to be with OH lots xSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. Thanks hypno. I just don't feel like I'm doing enough sometimes. I guess I'm just used to getting what I want NOW, and don't like waiting. But thats what got me into debt,m so it won't get me out of it.:heartpuls

rpoints is the same idea but you get points and % of cashback too0

Like the piggypoints one? I signed up for that, but I don't really get it. I find topcashback the best because they don't charge, but quidco has a better range of retailers. Made a bit on my xmas shopping which I was really pleased with.:heartpuls

What a rubbish day. I usually don't mind Tuesdays because I only work 3 hours and I get to go in late, but today I woke up feeling really ill. I had to go to work though because I can't afford not too and because I'm still within my trial period I can't have any more time off sick. It was such an effort though I felt like crying for most of it. I'm glad to say after being home for a while I feel a lot better though. I managed to lose £100 from my till though, so I'm probably going to be in enough trouble for that, that it wasn't worth going in at all... Oh well.
Haven't spent a thing today, only boots points and they don't count I think
Going to sit here and watch my soaps now and forget about today:heartpuls:heartpuls
