Congratulations hun, I'm so pleased you've gotten the job, and fantastic that it becomes permanant after the 3 month probationary period. You must be so happy and relieved. Did you say it's closer to home for you as well?
Thank you, yes the first project is 15/20 mins from home and the second one that I will be involved in is 45 mins away from home. xx0 -
Afternoon,
Thank you for all your messages
Hopefully by the end of this week, I will have a start date and I can then resign from here. This agency bloke is going to chase again tomorrow if he hasn't heard anything. My plan is that once I have a date, I will then hand in my notice but leave at least two days so I can recharge.
DH and I worked out last night that on diesel alone, I will save £300 per month.
Hopefully 2020 will be our year :T2 -
Yay to the new job, great news. That saving in fuel is amazing!

Morning,
The odd £2 got the better of me and I have paid it off the BC.
Hoping to hear from the agency bloke today.
Not much else to report at the moment.1 -
My life gets even weirder.
Just bumped in to one of the Subbies MD on site, asked me to send my CV over to him as he is very intested in me. Asked what salary I want, I told him, said that was reasonable.

Thanks
Personally I'd rather work for this one than the other one, as this one would be permanent from the get go.
Just spoke to the CM on site and he said 'to do what I need to do' plus I am safe until at least the 28thSeems that the construction director did want to keep me but was blocked in the end by the MD

Afternoon,
The layout is ok but I think it'll need some getting used to.
In other news.......I resigned today
I got a call this morning to confirm my start date. I won't see the end of this project which I am sad about but onwards and upwards!

Great news, they'll really kick themselves when you're gone but all the very best in your new role.
