Had to use a magnifying glass to read them.

Right-click the title bar of the Command Prompt window, and then tap Properties in the menu. In the interface of "Command Prompt" Properties, click the Font button on the top part, choose a font in the Font list, and select a size from the Size menu.

There's a note at the bottom of that ipconfig/all readout which says:

255.255.255.0 192.168.1.254 is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Is that what you have on the second computer too? (apart from the initial IP address)

    Yes.

Except for the note at the bottom.

The note at the bottom is likely because you copied&pasted that line in Command Prompt and pressed enter.

I can't understand why I don't get an interne connection even when I connect direct to my router with an ethernet cable.

    Any ideas?

Then it has got nothing to do with the WiFi.
Open command prompt while your laptop is connected, either WiFi or cable, and type the following command:

    ping 8.8.8.8
