  • A little advice, if I you please?
I sent VCS an email 1 week ago asking if I could email my WS - No reply, so I posted WS out this week and I can see on RM Website that the WS was delivered yesterday - deadline is tomorrow.
Now VCS has emailed me -  7 days  after my 1st email asking for the WS to be emailed!
Am I obliged to send it by email too or should I just leave it? Will it be frowned upon in Court if I don't email?
    Thanks guys.

I would email it as well as post, twice is better than nothing and so gives 2 proof of it being sent , because in court they like to pretend it never arrived or was never sent

Just email it. If they complain point out you emailed asking about this ages back nd, in accordance with the CPRs as they had not responded, you posted it.

The more you bother them, the more it costs them  If you seek legitimate information from them and they do not supply it keep asking until they do, and be sure to mention it to the judge.

I asked Orange eight times for information which they ignored.  I complained to the regulator and was awarded compensation..
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
