We really like Miracle on 34th street the remake and the original

Also Scrooge Musical Version (with Albert Finney sp)

A christmas Carol (patrick Stewart version is my favorite. Saw him do his one man show of this a couple of years ago.

Love Muppets Christmas Carol for the kids and us together.
They also like Mickeys one and twice upon a Christmas.
and Belles enchanted Christmas.
Also love A Wonderful life although if im in the wrong frame of mind it can depress me.
White Christmas for the music
and just bought the santa Clause 1 2 and 3 box set. so should be a really good festive run up to Christmas this year.

I have to agree with this one.
It's my absolute favourite christmas Watch.
We've watched it twice this week already ....

As well as it being supurby written as cast (as Ollibeak says), I also think it is so very sad.

Another film i love to watch at Christmas is 'Peter's Friends'.

Am so glad Home Alone got a mention, even though it was half way down page 2! I love that film! And National Lampoon's Christmas one! DH has these on DVD, so might suggest a movie night very soon!

Watched Elf for the 1st time on Sunday and thought that was very good - got me in the Christmas Spirit!

definately National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation! has to be one of the best! along with Die Hard and Lethal Weapon! oooooooo, scrooged! love that! And Scrooge with Albert Finny (sp??)

Christmas in Connecticut-80s remake of classic-cheesy but I like it!
I also make a video/dvd of the christmas music on the music channels to put instead of cds-a good laugh when you remember the old stuff from 70s or 80s when friends are round.:D

Home alone 123
and already have Santa claus the movie on free dvd
and have sky+ed Elf and Bridget Jones
I am hoping some of the older type classic movies will be on over Christmas
and will rent some of the newer films like The Holiday:santa2:

The Holiday was sooooooooooo disappointing and I love Jack Black.

I have bought Polar Express, will watch it soon.
