Hard to know, but we do often say if your case is all about signage it can be a more honest position in front of a Judge t admit to driving so you can bear witness to the lack of signs.

On the plus side, I am glad you had this in your back pocket and this has cost them a lot more than you paid for two PCNs!

At that point it was damage limitation so I got the POFA and CRA acts out and got the additional costs knocked off but that was it.

Fair enough, I don’t think it would have mattered anyway as she basically seemed off the opinion that there is some signs there therefore I would have seen them.
I have put in a complaint about the court as I don’t think it’s acceptable to find out at 4pm the day before the hearing that it’s been rescheduled as they hadn’t allocated a judge. It’s cost me an extra day off work and left me out of pocket. I’ll probably go all the way through to the ombudsman if necessary as if I’d tried to cancel late on the day before we all know what their response would have been.
I have also mentioned the judge as D_D_Dance says I may not be the first person to find her hostile so may help prevent others suffering a similar fate.
