Hope you are ok KP, it sounds like a lot of changes. I agree with merlins beard and greent that you should keep those lunches with friends if you at all can manage it.
It's a lot of changes, it's just one of those things that you can see coming and suddenly it's here. I'll talk about it at some point but not today.

Been trying to be productive but work has really been getting me down. We are going to be down to half the staff we used to and yet, no less work.

However, I did cuddle the cat yesterday. Did manage to clean one third of the kitchen the other day though but the tiredness is a big part of my life right now.

BIG NEWS I MADE A CIRCLE. even one of the crafter's at work though it was alright. I've never been delighted.

My friend who started me on crochet has been having her bathroom done but if it could go wrong, it has. Including getting the boiler condemned. I feel for her and her partner, but I'm excited for them as well.

I've caught up KP, sorry to read about the loss of your uncle.
I hope you reach the decisions you need easily.

I hope you get your hands sorted out, they look really sore.

Thank you MFD, things will improve. I'm pretty sure I've got good things coming. For example, I'm seeing friends this weekend and also some of cousins.

I may be able to make crochet jellyfish soon

    Thanks for the jellyfish love!

I've been doing some informal research about the potential value of my flat. Back in December a two bed flat sold for £260k, it has a garden rather than a yard but it's in worse condition and no garage. It's a similar area, maybe 15 minutes walk. There's a flat stc on a road next to mine for a much more similar flat. Not sure how much it's sold for obviously, but it was on for £280ish also in relatively poor condition.

My thinking is to use the £260k as the value for my planning. Given the market, I don't think it's an aggressive assumption.

    Any thoughts or suggestions welcomed!
