Congratulations ! Did you send the section 7 form in? I seem to be following your claim status by about 5-7 days so am hoping to see mine change any day now. Just wondered if you did sent in any further information regarding bank details or they paid you into the account you specified on your original claim on 7/10 ?0 -

Hi , can anyone advice me please?
I just received my refund yesterday from Thomas Cook minus £140 I paid for reserving seats.
I paid for my whole package through one of the TC shops at the same time.by Credit card. Shouldn’t I have received it all back? If not where do I go from here ?
Many thanks in advance.

Have you rung and asked them why you haven't got that back and what did they say?
Did you pay it all in one go or did you book the holiday in the shop then the seats were done separately paying by card on the net.
My friend booked hers in the shop. Then i paid £100 for the seats to the airline on the phone by credit card. I rang the credit card company and told them i didn't get what i paid for they did a charge back and the money was refunded instantly.0 -
Yesterday I contacted Protect Claims about both of my claims - this was just by leaving a comment on my claims.
One is now pending approval and the other is still awaiting review. Hopefully things are starting to move now.:A0 -
I Haven’t rung them as it’s a nightmare to get through .
I paid in the shop for the whole holiday at the same time but they put the seats through on a different invoice. On protect claims questions and answers it’s saying I need to make a claim to my credit card provider.
