Anyway, I lived to tell the tale and post here because I am a bit more robust that your average ''little woman'' and despite having a busy life, I detest bullies and this scam.

Posts take me about 30 seconds each, except when I write defences etc.

You must be getting quite a lot of satisfaction from posters such as the OP as it just goes to prove what a great job you and others are doing to help beat these scammers.

Yes, it's aggressive eejits who work for PPCs who bring it upon themselves, such that a growing posse of people on various forums, email groups and even facebook are prepared to fight back and open Judges' eyes.

Seems to be working with some court areas!

Suggest you go through a few pages of this forum and count up the number of court claim recipients who have posted. On your (false) assessment we must everyone who's had a claim in the last few years all posting on here within the last few days.
