Really ? which part of what I said is untrue ? What amuses you facts ? Tell me one single point I made which is untrue.
For every million tickets issue they take one to court. There were only 320,000 summons issued for ALL DEBT not just parking tickets in the entire UK for the first quarter of this year.

Really? Well courts are claiming that parking tickets take up 2% of their time. Half of that is from Gladstones who I am up against. I'm expecting them to follow on with their threats.

Which just proves my point, they would have just sent 3 letters and give up if you had done nothing

You are a muppet aren't you, why don't you just look at some of the PE threads on here where victims have ignored and you would know that was rubbish.

You would be using your time more constructively than stalking CM into the early hours of the morning.

I'd rather work a few hours overtime and just pay the fee rather than spend hours and hours defending it. It works out cheaper and far less stressful.

What an arrogant quote that is, many people don't have the opportunity to "work a few hours overtime", and the regulars on here would rather help people that don't want to fund the next BMW for the boss of a company that might be fraudsters, or that have told their staff to target disabled bays where legitimate badge holders get dragged in because they don't understand the purposely complicated made up rules .

Why not go and get yourself a PCN from PE and we'll follow your progress at each stage as you ignore it!

you are obsessed with parking tickets.

As long as she does the dishes, feeds the kids, cleans the windows, darns her husbands cocks, etc., surely the little woman can spend her free time as she pleases.

Says the person posting on this very forum at 2.54am..

I took on a bully boy PPC through the Courts yesterday and won easily thanks to the help, guidance and support of this forum. I ignored every threatening letter from the PPC, responded ONLY to the Court throughout the process and was utterly vindicated by the Judge giving the PPC one mother of a bloody nose.

Frankly, it's YOUR advice that should be considered drivel.

I am at work, just passing a few hours away during the nightshift.
I don't understand why you are lambasting me, you've just done everything I suggested, ignore all but summons. I am in agreement with what you have done !!!!

Haha, I'm sure The Deep was darning his wife's hosiery and peeling the spuds when he wrote what he did. Multi-talented gent.

Because some of the good people on here perhaps feel that you are talking out of your fundamental orifice?

Jeez the Deep, get up to speed!

A previous nasty and aggressive poster who shall not be named (he's not worth the time of day) will know that I am not averse to reporting a person to the Police for stalking.

Anyway, I lived to tell the tale and post here because I am a bit more robust than your average ''little woman'' and despite having a busy life, I detest bullies and this scam.

Posts take me about 30 seconds each, except when I write defences etc.

Still LOVING this thread title. Such an apt choice. :D
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Why don't you go and find another forum off the beaten track where you can peddle away to your hearts content ?
  • Okay, I'm calling it: the OP is either working for a PPC or is the person who designed the Home Office's payment system for UK visa applications, both of whom annoy me greatly
