Unless the PPC is suing you as a business, it will be heard at a court local to you. You make that nomination at the Directions Questionnaire (DQ) stage.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

No, and court hearings are sooo exhilarating, and with no CCJ risk, so no letting any family members scare you with this over Christmas!
We help people win court cases almost every time, and we put no-one at risk of a CCJ, or any effect on their credit rating at all, or huge costs. It's well worth it, a PROPER appeal only in person with evidence, and you get to see how the courts work.
Search the forum for another one bites the dust to read all the latest 'court reports' from ordinary non-legal-minded people who were as scared as you were...!
The only important thing is to tell the PPC in writing, if you move house (v important).
