Urgent Assistance - Is It Possible to Stop a Parcel Force Special Delivery

One last question for the night.
At the moment the people at Planet Express mentioned that if the package is still at there warehouse they will return it to me.
I now understand what 'Royal Mail Tracked Returns 48™' means. It means, delivery within 2 - 3 days.
My thoughts are that as long as the fraudsters don't go to the address to pick up the package I will get it back. So, I was thinking that I should email the fraudsters and let them know I'm on to them and someone is will be watching who attempts to pickup the package.
By doing this, the fraudsters won't attempt to pick up the package if it hasn't indeed already left and I might thus guarantee getting it back.
Please let me know if you think that's a good idea?

Read my message above yours.
my advice would be to NOT contact them in this way.0 -
No one goes there to pick it up. the con artist pays the forwarding company to receive the parcel and then send it on to them. They don't even need to be in the USA.
Oh wow. I never realised that. I won't bother contacting them at all. Well at least I now know their account has been cancelled. Thanks again Lorian.0 -
Royal Mail Tracked Returns 48 is not an international service.
Where did you buy the service and how much was it.0 -

I purchased the service from the post office.
I have just the tracked the package, and its still in London.0 -

Either you have the wrong tracking number or you have sent the parcel to a UK address, not the one in California?Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.0

If the OP wrote the actual California address then the a likely scenario is that he/she picked up the receipt the previous person should have taken....
Either way, that tracking is not for an international parcel and assuming it belongs to someone else - then it validates every single reason why you should not be able to intercept a parcel.0 -
This is all very strange.
The tracking number is not Parcelforce but Royal Mail and even then not international.0 -

I have an alternative theory myself............0
