Already raised £133 by selling a few colognes. Got a couple more to list and will also list my watch box this eve.
Did purchase another for £250 but plan to sell immediately for £300 for a quick profit (it’s quite a rare one and £250 is a great price). Should sell instantly at £300 as well.August 2019: £28.8k

I bought the air bed, and an electric air pump... unless ur 20 & used to sleeping on terra firma at glasto or similar, an airbed is a must 😂
DW is insistent on early Aug hols so ma saving budget is in for a kicking, lol.
Santander are tapping me up on e-mail to complete my CC BT application (no doubt to then turn me down, haha). Going to see how nice the credit ref folks are to me in July. Will be good when ML & mse get something concrete on OD extensions; there's a 0% that won't affect my file👍👍👍
Paying half my remainder in selling !!!!!! & kicking the other half down the road for free to pay off over 18 mths wud be great but i'm being over-optimistic again😊
Hope u get good news on the job front👍Admin for Tilly Tidy to £1825 DFW challenge: 2021

Have you joined the MSE credit club? That tells you what cards you’re eligible for. In my experience if they’re emailing you offers then you should be able to get it. I check what offers I have just out of curiosity and have plenty, despite being in a lot of debt still.
Thanks! Still no news so might pop HR an email to see when I can expect to find out. I know they’ve made the decision one way or another, so don’t know what the hold up is. Could just be trying to compile everyone’s feedback.
Thanks,

£154 total now raised from sales of colognes (have sold a few more samples I had). Have 1 or 2 more I can sell to raise a small amount more. Have spent about £15 on postage but still a decent total.
My watch box currently has a bid of £50, will cost a bit to post plus eBay and PayPal take their pound of flesh, so hopefully it goes a bit higher.Emailed HR and I should hear back about the job by the end of the week. Fingers crossed. Thanks,

Some good news, I’ve been offered the job! Just need to pass the pre-employment checks!
A very welcome payrise. Not yet had package confirmed but I think my take home will be about £700 per month higher after deductions (student loan, pension etc.).
My notice period is 2 months plus need to pass the checks first, so start date will likely be some way off...August 2019: £28.8k

Great news, WD!
My mrs was last to be told by work about her new job; she was convinced she hadn't got it..
It's like I said, I think it's the 'DFW bounce' I.e. good things happening when ppl commit to DFW journey
It's like Arnold Palmer replied to someone asking if he was just a lucky golfer & his reply was "it's amazing, the harder I work, the luckier I get".
Many successful business ppl say the same; I think it's an added incentive for those considering committing to DFW.
You'll have the remainder cleared in no time now!Admin for Tilly Tidy to £1825 DFW challenge: 2021
