Where you write about them in your WS or supplementary WS, just use a reference number e.g. Court Report 1 – F2QZ4W28 KOS_001 and in your evidence file have a page marked KOS_001 and use a contents sheet as you have done. It all needs to be done so that the judge (and you) can quickly find them when necessary.

Nope. Use the exact phrase: ''knew or should have known'' which is used in some laws (e.g. I know it from the Equality Act).

Do you need any of this? Seems like unnecessary printing to me, as the PPC will have to show the NTK and letters if they are relevant:

If you can wait, check if CEC16 adds to his thread, his latest Judgment from DJ Grand (he says he will do it by this weekend) as it will be more forceful as evidence than the old July Order where DJ Grand first slapped the claim out.

You also need Sch2 of the CRA 2015 and the 3 Beavis quotes, and the POFA Sch4.

Thank you; i'll remove the unnecessary sections and add CRA, Beavis, and POFA...

And yes, I can wait until Mon/Tues as my submission deadline is 4PM on Wed (18th Dec 19)

BW Legal have emailed to confirm I can email my pack to them (I'll wait until 3.59PM on the 18th to do that)

Hi Coupon-mad, I've updated my Index, WS, Supplementary WS and I've appended all the recommended documents (hoping to add CE16's order as evidence over the weekend).

Question:-

Do I also need a Skeleton argument alongside all of this? Or are my WS and Supplementary WS's my Skeleton Argument?? (my supplementary WS is lifted directly from your #14)

Simply make your own aide memoire with the key points you would wish to make if asked. You won't get much time (if any opportunity at all) to speak, so maybe 3 or 4 of your strongest cards - bullet points, like a shopping list, kept on top of your pile of papers for easy, immediate access, if needed.
