    Struck out!!!  :D
My hearing lasted 2-3 minutes (this isn't verbatim but fairly close):

    Key:  Judge = J, Claimant = C, Defendant = D

    J - Mr ****** representing yourself?

    D - Yes Madam

J - Mr ******* is representing the Claimant.  Mr ****** I’ve received no statements from the Claimant?

C - Oh....hmmm.....can we proceed to the outcome/summary?  (I don't recall precisely what the ill prepared BW Legal rep said at this stage but it was weak at best)

J - Now Mr ****** (Claimant) we have an issue with the procedure followed don’t we?

D - Ummm, yes?????  (The BW Legal's rep didn't have a clue what the Judge was getting at)

J - Fortunately Mr ****** (the Defendants) statements are in order and as highlighted on page ** of the Defendants pack there was a requirement for the Claimant to provide a period of 28 days notice - but it wasn't not provided was it Mr ******? (Claimant)

    C - Errrmm, no

J - Struck out - well done Mr *****, you’re very lucky to have judge who reads everything thoroughly as some of the other arguments raised in your Defence were not so compelling.  Mr ****** (Claimant) knows how thorough I am don’t you Mr *******?

    C - yes

D - Thank you Madam, I’d like to take this opportunity to ask if I’m able to claim my costs?

J - That’s a matter for  the small claims court but if I were you Mr ***** I’d walk away from this quickly...

    D - Thank you Madam ;)

    Another one bites the dust!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THANK YOU to everyone that's supported me; this forum is amazing, and all its contributors are incredible x
