    Good Afternoon :hello:

+1 ah well carry on eating and hope I lose next week :)

That's not bad tweets. Are you still close to your target, I lost track when you were AWOL.:D

Thanks for the heads up on the Iceland SW Chinese Curry meal. I prefer an Indian curry myself but it's good to have you as our official taster.

I'll have a SW friendly week coming up but I don't think I'll have many/any syns left so I'll be unlikely to see off that half pound. I might leave WI until Friday just to try and help things along but not hopeful.

Unfortunately our first choice of restaurant for lunch today was fully booked. That one has buffet starters and puddings so it's easy to make wise choices. The restaurant we went to instead specialises in roasts on a Sunday so the a la carte is limited. I had whitebait followed by roast lamb. I think it was fairly synful as I ate the Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes and the cauli came in cheese sauce.:(

    New day tomorrow.;)

Just popping my head round the ‘door’ to say hello. Am on a few days off work with OH. Done lots of physical work out in the garden all day since thurs. so not counting syns, but have a STS when I checked, despite plenty off plan meals/snacks. We aren’t off away on hols this year, so this is our break now and late sept/early Oct instead.

Will be back on plan from Wednesday next week again. See you then
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

My gain was in my birthday suit :p
  • Well, the weekend has been and gone. Was good foodwise, but definitely over on the alcohol side. Oh well, better than if I was just eating what I want all week. Weight in first thing tomorrow and hoping for 1lb.

I had my WW wrap pizza on Friday for dinner. Burnt it a little as the 50% reduced fat cheddar wasn't melting.

    Sat
    B - coffee (HEA1)
    L - soup (S, F), WM roll (HEB)
    D - roast chicken (P), potatoes (F), carrots (S)
S - lots of wine and prosecco and even a beer snuck it's way in.

    Sun
    B - coffee (HEA1), watermelon (S), strawberries (S)
    L - 2 x egg muffins (S, P)
D - Heck sausages (2.0), WW Wrap (HEB), Laughing Cow triangle (1/5 HEA2), salad (S)
    S - Alpen Bar (3.0)
    Tea (HEA1)

Only things I need help on synwise are chicken skin and a 330ml bottle of beer. :o

I have done the meal plan for the week. It's okayish synwise, but not great.

Tomorrow is lasagne. One daughter has the mince and sauce before it is made into the lasage as she doesn't like it, maybe I should do the same. It will avoid the white sauce, but I don't want to give up everything!
