They told me £52 would block my switch so I had no option but to pay, I am considering cancelling my DD though.0

Details of the Winding Up Petition process here:
https://www.thegazette.co.uk/all-notices/content/1010870 -
Does anybody know how long it all takes after this date of the hearing?
Thanks for any help
It depends to be honest. It's difficult to say how quickly everything will happen without knowing how it'll all go down (Eversmart removes license, Eversmart goes bust, Ofgem revokes it before Eversmart go bust)
Solarplicity had winding up petitions in gazette for maybe a month before the officially went. Then it took a few more weeks for Ofgem to revoke the license.
Eversmart deleting their twitter and FB though tells a different story though... I would hope within a couple of weeks... but could still be a month or so.
However I may be wrong and it may be tomorrow, we'll see.0 -
How have they managed to keep quiet about this for over six weeks???0

I'm just in the process of leaving them to go to Symbio.
I've just logged on to my Eversmart account and all the billing information is still there.
I do owe them about £175, so I wonder if they are going to try to block the switch. We shall see.
Mine is still there from 4 months ago. .0 -
Well my switch to symbio is going through on the 14th so fingers crossed the winding up doesn't start till the 16th,but as others have said they could go under tomorrow0

Mine's 18th September, so who knows!0

My 12 month anniversary with them is coming up in a couple of days and I'm hoping for my loyalty bonus.5.1 If you have a 12 month fixed contract it will remain in force for a fixed term period of one year from the supply start date. At the end of your contract you will receive £20 as a thank you for your loyalty0

I would say this is strong evidence that they're going to go bust and enter Supplier of Last Resort.
Still available on Instagram

They have used it within the last week, so over a month after the petition was presented.
By contrast, their last post on their facebook page, which as you say has today disappeared completely, would appear to back on August 12th.
Although they had last used their twitter account as recently as 29th August.0 -
