Bright/unique colours on ad for house

The colours would put me off but not if it was a strong contender in other ways. I would just have to allow enough budget and time to cover them fairly early as they wouldn't be liveable for me (I am dull and boring and actually like grey lol)
What would put me off more seriously is the generally neglected look of the outside, both your property which you can fix but also (and more difficult), the neighbours, the overgrown path and the unknown surrounding land.
The photos are poor, weird angles which don't show the spaces very well. A couple of photos of the stairs and how the levels work together may be useful with the unusual layout which is quite hard to imagine from the floorplan.
All that said a week is nothing especially at school holiday time and price is usually the single most significant factor. You don't have any obvious advantages to price above the competition so a rethink might be needed but I would give it a bit longer first.
Changes you can make? I'd prioritize outside - weeding, paint the fence, sort that pathway if you can and show its at least a little bit loved. Inside, new photos and maybe show the dining options off a bit better and declutter a little. If you really want to repaint a room, I'd make it the main living room but not really the biggest thing to my mind.0 -

This in spades and unfortunately there's a lot of it outside of your control. Try tidying your bits up as much as you can, and only price will help overcome the rest.Make £2025 in 2025

I am going against others and say the colours would put me off. I know that red is going to take about 3 or 4 coats of white before I can then paint it whatever colour I like. It also makes the rooms seem a lot smaller and darker. At least with magnolia I can then paint it any colour I want (i also love magnolia!)
The neighbours and general unkempt nature of yours and the neighbouring property would just not get me through the door. If you don't want your most valuable asset to look nice then why should I spend my hard earned money on it and then have to spend more getting it looking nice.0 -
Lots of posters have given some really useful hints. My hap'eth is get new photos - those are dreadful! And yes - the colour of the lounge would put me off.
The garden looks like you have strimmed a jungle for the photos - a few more mow's to get the grass looking more like a lawn than a last minute blitz. It would make the house seem more 'cared for'.
There is a feel that the house hasn't been maintained - I can't put my fingers on what it is but the outside, as other have said is drab somehow.
A 5lt bucket of a less jarring paint for the lounge, paint the front outside fence, better photos.0
