Hi KeithP,

The address on the claim form was Premier Park and the Notice of Proposed Allocation states Premier Park too, but the bottom states "and serve copies on all other parties". So, I thought this meant BW Legal?

There are two parties to the Claim - the Claimant and the Defendant.

Hi again all,

I have another quick question.
At the top of the form there is a box that says “To be completed by, or on behalf of” and then defendant has been circled by Northampton ccbc. Do I need to write my name in the box above or leave it blank as defendant has been circled?

Put your details in

Don't forget you are scanning it when completed , doing a save as and publish as a PDF , then attaching to your email to the CCBC and also to the claimant

And then when I send it, Do I send it to CCBC and premier park in the same email or separate emails to both?

I will then go to the post office and send a copy to both too.

If it wants your name , write it

If it wants your address , write it

The emails can be either , so one email with 2 recipients , or 2 emails , one to each party , your choice

I've just popped home on my lunch break and checked my claim form, the claimant's address is Premier Park but underneath it says "Address for sending documents and payments (if different)" BW Legal.

Therefore, who do i send the DQ to?

Seems quite clear to me.

Obviously you send documents to the "Address for sending documents".
