Hi KeithP,
Thank you for your reply and I may be sounding extremely dumb here... but £300 total - as in total fees to BW Legal plus the Fine of £465.48 or £300 TOTAL as in everything?
Thank you and apologies again0 -
see my breakdown in my previous reply
get the SAR done tonight and stop beating around the bush - its tedious
the SAR reply will arrive in plenty of time for any court case, because no court case happens in 30 days , more like several months0 -

Hi Redx and Keith P
Thank you both so much for your replies - I have been thinking all along that it would be the total fine plus the fees.
And yes, you are right- I will get the form sent off tomorrow!0 -
you dont send any form off
you email it direct to the DPO at the PPC involved , with a copy of the N1 claim form attached , plus a copy of the V5C as well if you still have the vehicle
its quicker , cheaper and gets straight to the inbox of the DPO themselves
10 minutes work tops0 -
Apologies i meant the DQ - I have an N180 - its attached to an N149A and there are also some printouts about mediation enclosed.
The N180 is 3 pages - not separated (like a book) am I ok to scan this and send it as 3 separate pages?
I also no longer own the vehicle - how does this affect the SAR?
Thanks again0 -

Thanks again
then scan the claim form with your name and address and court reference on it and attach it to the SAR, also attaching a redacted copy of a recent utility bill that shows your name , address and the date on it as well
of course you are ok to scan the N180 and save as a 3 page pdf
look for solutions , not problems0 -
Hi All,
Does the copy of my DQ go to BW Legal or Premier Park?
Also can I email this as a PDF to them or do I have to post it?
And do I include a covering letter at all?
Thanks again0 -
